We're looking to grow our staff with Wardrobe Advisors in all of our showroom cities as well as other major cosmopolitan areas.
Our Wardrobe Advisors are not just salespeople, but also stylists - educated and knowledgeable about clothing, fabrics and fit. They have the ability to build relationships with clients, provide education and advice, and help them build and maintain their wardrobes. Wardrobe Advisors are the backbone of our business.
The Wardrobe Advisor responsibilities include:
- Building individual client book of business by networking and communicating directly with clients and potential clients
- Selling both custom and ready-to-wear garments
- Facilitating alterations with our tailors
- Providing wardrobe edit, styling and fit services to clients
- Assisting client in choosing and designing custom garments
- Chalking and pinning garments for alteration
We are seeking energetic, hardworking and knowledgeable individuals with a background in fashion, clothing and design and with at least two years of retail experience. Individuals must be entrepreneurial, dedicated, willing to learn, and have a desire to help build and grow a new American brand. Prior experience in custom and made-to-measure clothing sales is preferred but not required.
Compensation will be market-competitive based on experience and heavily commission-based.
