Shipping & Returns


Regularly priced ready-to-wear clothing and accessories may be returned for a cash refund or store credit within thirty (30) days of purchase. Any items that are damaged or discounted may not be returned. All sales on custom garments are final. 

Items must be returned unused and with all tags still attached. Returns that are damaged will not be accepted.

All returns should be requested before you send your item(s) back to us to allow for easy identification and prompt processing. Unidentified items will be returned to the sender.


Exchanges are subject to sizing availability. Shipping is complementary on the replacement item, but exchanges made to destinations outside of the U.S. will be processed for customs clearance and therefore any relevant import duty and tax charges will be the client's responsibility. 


We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. However, customers returning items repeatedly may be refused at our discretion. 


CMMP will attempt to meet the deadline for any custom garments subject to a rush fee. If the rush deadline is not met, CMMP will refund the rush fee. In this case, however, the client is not entitled to return the custom garment for a refund.


Ready-to-wear goods are classified as faulty if they are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose or as described. Please note that items which are damaged or as a result of normal wear and tear; by accident; or through misuse are considered faulty.

If your ready-to-wear item is faulty when you receive it, you can return it for a refund within thirty (30) days of purchase.
