Premiere Custom Clothing in New York City

Tucked into the very heart of Manhattan’s historic Garment District, Commonwealth Proper’s New York City outpost lives inside the Vogel custom footwear showroom and workshop.

A quiet loft space that feels worlds away from the rush of the streets below. Surrounded by the tools, leathers, and craftsmanship of one of America’s great bootmakers, the space offers a private, personal environment for fittings and consultations, where every appointment is deliberate and unhurried.

Just steps from the factories, patternmakers, and
ateliers that built New York’s fashion industry, it’s a fitting setting for garments and footwear made with the same reverence for craft, detail, and
tradition.
