CMMP Wedding: Vanessa & Nick - Villa Lario, Lake Como

Posted by Craig Schroeder on

Weddings are a big part of our business here at CMMP, but this wedding was a special one to us. Our very own Vanessa Davoli, who has been with CMMP for over 6 years, married her husband in one of the most stunning places ever, Villa Lario in Lake Como. Nick, her husband, was wearing a few ensembles of full CMMP suiting with Vanessa's Dad who wore a classic grey custom suit. Sit back, grab a Campari spritz and enjoy the photos of this beautiful wedding shot by Davide Zanoni.

The Local Intel: Felt+Fat

The first part of this series we got in touch with our past client, Nathaniel Mell, who is the owner of ceramic tableware brand Felt+Fat. We headed to North Philadelphia to visit the studio/factory where Nathaniel and his team hand make each and every piece for the brand and to do a photoshoot with Nathaniel in his custom CMMP suit he had commissioned for his wedding.

Campari. It’s odd-looking yet has a distinctive, bright red & orange hue. An intense aroma and captivating bitter taste have taken this Italian aperitif to a level of notoriety, almost cult like.

Made in America: Gambert Shirts

It took us far longer than anticipated, but after sourcing the best fabric and tailors, we eventually made the perfect white shirt.

Way back in 2008 we partnered with a storied Newark, NJ custom shirt house called Mel Gambert Shirts. We befriended the heir-apparent, Mitch Gambert, who was a few years older than us and was open to our New School tailoring vibe.

The Milano Collection | CMMP

Our hunt for the best recently took us to Milan, Italy. Dubbed the “fashion capital of the world,” Milan is revered  for its craftsmanship,Campari and cafe culture. And also some of the finest fabrics known to man. It’s a trip we’ve been waiting to take since we founded CMMP, so you know we had to spend a week exploring.
